We are looking for a Business Insurance Client Service Liaison to oversee daily client service and account management activities, collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, and support the training and development of team members. The Client Service Liaison also communicates significant matters to management to ensure effective oversight.
 

A day in the life.

• Be an expert in managing the day-to-day service and renewal process for a book of business insurance clients.
• Have a thorough knowledge of MMA Best Practices and have oversight to ensure all policies and procedures are understood and followed by team members driving accountability and consistency.

• Train new Account Managers and provide ongoing mentoring and development for all team members.
• Assist management in assigning new business and managing capacity by balancing books of business throughout the team.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and resource to the team for both technical and coverage needs, providing training when needed.
• Create agenda and lead Account Manager meetings.
• Collaborate with managers to fully understand technical skill gaps, workflows / process and individual knowledge deficits and training needs.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active and Current Florida 2-20 insurance license
• 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Excellent customer service skills   
• Ability to communicate clearly (in writing and verbally
• Thorough knowledge of insurance terminology and insurance products and their usage        

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Experience with Sagitta and/or ImageRight
