Project Lead – Client and Prospect Support

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman is currently accepting resumes for the position of Project Lead - Client and Prospect Support.

Principal Purpose of Position:

• Be the lead analyst on non-standard client analyses and long term projects
• Be the subject matter expert in our lease and loan portfolio
• Support the sales efforts in growing our asset portfolio by providing insightful and relevant structures that best meet the client needs
• Evaluate and improve our existing processes and proactively identify new processes to ensure efficiencies
• Create new tools and improve upon existing processes
• Utilize data mining techniques and in depth analysis to develop solutions for ad hoc requests
• Project initiation, planning and execution
• Work on complex issues that requires advanced analytical thought, judgment and creativity
• Apply knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software to improve efficiency and accuracy of group output
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and/or Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• MBA, other Graduate degrees, CPA or CFA a plus
• Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
• Familiar with data analytics/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Relevant Work Experience:

• 5-7 years’ experience
• Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
• Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
• Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
