This position plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our Maintenance and Facilities operations. You’ll support daily workflows, maintain safe work environments, and help Facilities Leadership execute key priorities. Strong customer interaction skills, independent problem‑solving, and the ability to collaborate across teams and vendors are essential. You’ll also guide colleagues with diverse technical and cultural backgrounds to keep operations running smoothly.

What You Will Do:
Use hand and power tools as well as other equipment to perform carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pipefitting, painting, HVAC and other repairs and maintenance.
Knowledge in the use and application of moderately complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on facility and production equipment and systems.
Adheres to established industry and enterprise standards, policies and practices relating to safety, quality, schedule, cost, accounting, purchasing and regulatory compliance in performing assigned duties.
Participate in the implementation of Continuous Improvements (CI) projects, space planning projects and capital projects.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
Conducts and completes on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development.
What Skills You Will Have:
Technical Excellence Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems, preventive maintenance procedures, and lockout/tagout requirements, allowing you to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. Your ability to complete PMs, log work orders, and partner with planners to optimize maintenance activities demonstrates a high level of technical capability. This technical depth supports consistent, high‑quality facility operations.
Customer Focus Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and facility partners to ensure maintenance needs are clearly understood and resolved promptly. Your commitment to safety, reliability, and operational continuity reflects a strong customer focus, ensuring that the facility environment supports the needs of all users. You consistently prioritize minimizing downtime and maintaining a positive service experience.
Effective Communications Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to clearly document maintenance activities, communicate safety concerns, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
