Summer Intern, Sales Training and Development

Company Description

As the Sales Training and Development Intern at Red Bull, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Sales Training to support the creation of Sales onboarding solutions for new employees in the Off Premise Sales (Retailers who sell Red Bull such as; 7 Eleven, Circle K, Kroger, etc.) organization. You will have the opportunity to design learning materials, build a centralized resource platform, and collaborate with Sales leaders to enhance the learning experience

Job Description

DEVELOP SALES ONBOARDING CURRICULUM

Assess the needs of new Sales employees and articulate learning objectives

Design a comprehensive Sales onboarding curriculum to support the Off Premise Sales organization

Develop engaging learning resources to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new Off Premise Sales employees

CREATE A RESOURCE CENTER

Create a resource center to house learning materials, establishing a centralized hub

Design and implement a SharePoint structure that organizes learning solutions by function

Design an intuitive user interface, ensuring new employees can easily navigate through the resources

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age

Enrolled in college/university as an undergraduate or graduate student

Able to work up to 40 hours per week

Excellence in academic life and extra-curricular achievements

Additional Information

The rate for this position is $22.00/hour
