Description

We are looking for a strong, self-driven Brand & Communications Specialist (also known as DevRel) to help us systematically build and strengthen both the external and internal brand of the company. 

The ideal candidate excels at stakeholder management, process design, and strategic thinking, and isn’t afraid to dive into operations. 
A data-driven mindset is essential, along with the ability to test hypotheses and confidently communicate your perspective to both the team and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company’s employer brand, both externally and internally
• Establish a structured internal communications framework for employees, team leads, and top management
• Nurture company culture and values, support corporate events and branded merchandise initiatives
• Collaborate with speakers and product teams to ensure open, transparent, and engaging communication
• Estimated task allocation:
  • 30% — Develop the external employer brand and EVP, shape tone of voice, and create cultural artifacts
  • 25% — Design and manage internal communication formats, channels, and regular updates
  • 20% — Organize internal events, oversee branded merchandise, and promote company values
  • 15% — Support team initiatives, speaker development, internal communities, and knowledge-sharing
  • 10% — Optimize internal structures and contribute to cross-functional initiatives

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above)
• 5+ years of experience in roles such as DevRel, Brand Manager, or Communications Manager within the IT or Big Tech sectors – including at least 3 years in mid-to-large companies (500+ employees)
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing company culture, as well as establishing effective internal communication frameworks
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
• A proven track record in developing an employer brand (nice to have)
