Job Description

Your Impact

  • Drive partner created Service Engagement Forms and end customer satisfaction surveys
  • Monitor partner compliance with the CPSP program - Create and manage action plans for non-compliant partners
  • Create joint GTM strategy for EMEA traditional partners 
  • Work with CBM, Channel Services Teams, Solutions Architects and CPSP Partner Services Managers to build partners enablement cross PANW portfolio  
  • Vendor and budget management where applicable 
  • Coordinate activity with CPSP partner on Ignite events, Advisory councils, Regional Training, & SE Summit - Continue to significantly improve partners' experience in pursuing joint business - Provide hundreds of leads each year to partner organizations, creating net new ROI for the CPSP program that is trackable/measurable 
  • Build the CPSP brand and solidify enablement offerings to partners
  • Identify and assess potential CPSP partners within the region via a repeatable process, to see if there’s a strong business need for inviting the partners into the program
  • Analyze quality metrics to correctly assess and incent high partner performance 
  • Communicate the value of Partner-deliver Professional Services internally and/or externally
  • Coordinate on-going training and certification for CPSPs
  • SOP tracking for partner interaction along all KPI’s as well as any other additional initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with each partners and set regular touch point meetings
  • Develop new initiatives for CPSP program or PANW as a whole where applicable

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish 
  • 5+ years of experience with project or account management
  • 5+ years in a partner-facing role (System Integration / Global System)
  • Understanding of Professional Services delivery
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential in this role and the ability to authentically speak to technical audiences
  • G-suite and MS Office competency
