Our solutions are key for information gathering, analysis, exploration, production planning, monitoring, sales, information security, compliance etc. IT also safeguarding our operations. Our IT solutions are rapidly becoming more sophisticated and interdependent. Based on the characteristics of our business, we develop many of our business-critical systems ourselves. </p><p>The Project Management unit in IT is responsible for managing all IT and digitalisation projects in Statkraft. The unit is also responsible for IT Project Management Office (PMO) and test management. In total the unit consist of approx. 50 members in Oslo and Düsseldorf. </p><p>The Manager will be responsible for all IT project deliveries towards our 4 operation/production business areas (Nordic, Europe, International and New business). These business areas have huge growth ambitions and currently around 10 IT project managers, a mix of permanent and hired consultants, deliver key IT projects towards these production units. In this role you will:</p><ul><li>Manage the team of IT project managers. </li><li>Understand customer need and identify future need for competence and capacity. </li><li>Recruit and strengthen the team - securing capacity, competencies, and quality. </li><li>Build successful relationships with key IT and business stakeholders. </li><li>Dependent on availability - run selected projects towards own customer area. </li><li>Report to Head of IT Project management and be a member of the management team. </li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>We are looking for a manager with a clear “can do” mindset, and the essential skills to future-proof our business and renewable energy solutions.
