ABOUT THE JOB

• Consolidate Shareholder and customer warehouse orders entered through the Shareholder Service Portal to JD Edwards.
• Consolidate Shareholder Direct to Trade/Bulk orders entered through the Shareholder Service Portal to JD Edwards.
• Process Layer and Case Picked Shareholder orders entered through the Shareholder Service Portal to JD Edwards.
• Process backorders daily to help avoid any Shareholder out of stock situations.
• Process Shareholder product returns for credit and recycling.
• Assist Shareholders and customers with order entry via the Shareholder Service Portal and trouble shoot entry issues.
• Ensure communication for all order requirements to production schedulers, dispatchers, material schedulers, and transfer schedulers.
• Follow up on completion of all order requirements with production schedulers, dispatchers, material schedulers, and transfer schedulers.
• Assist Shareholders and Wis-Pak warehouses in managing PQI.
• Follow internal product supply plans and guidelines for sourcing in processing Shareholder and customer orders.
• Work with Wis-Pak warehouses and Marketing to manage Shareholders in and out of promotional packaging.
• Follow internal guidelines for maximizing payload on shipments to Shareholders.
• Professionally communicate to Shareholders all information that pertains to status of order fulfillment.

ABOUT YOU

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Capability to effectively communicate or demonstrate computer skills using JD Edwards or similar ERP software systems is essential to this position.
• Should have some ability to demonstrate computer skills using Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel or other related spread sheet software.
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of basic math.
• Efficient and accurate data entry skills.
• Good organizational, multi-tasking, analytical, and time management Skills. Self-starter that is able to work independently.
• Must have ability to demonstrate outgoing, personable, and proactive communication skills.
