Job Description
IDIQ is growing quickly and expanding our Marketing Team. IDIQ has a fun, fast-paced environment that creates a very rewarding place to work. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, we are in need of a metrics-driven, goal-oriented, creative individual who is fast on their feet and passionate about graphic design along with impacting the bottom line. Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and maintain efficient and scalable front-end code using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Collaborate with UI/UX and graphic designers to translate wireframes and other designs into responsive web interfaces.
- Build reusable code and libraries for promoting code modularity and maintainability.
- Implementing and optimizing high converting landing pages.
- Implement and manage API connections related to marketing automation.
- Implement supplied creative for all branded websites and landing pages.
- Organize and create front end development standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA preferred.
- Experience in fin serv and/or fintech and/or credit industry preferred.
- Experience in developing web-based dashboards.
- HTML and CSS coding experience
- JavaScript and PHP experience
- Studio management
- Understanding of UX best practices and technical requirements.
- Experience implementing and optimizing high converting landing pages.
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress
- Solid background in web and development methods
- Expert knowledge of integrating front end development frameworks
- Experience and understanding of how to use and implement APIs.
- Understanding of creative optimization, A/B testing, and Multivariate testing
- Previous experience with Wordpress and/or other CMS
Preferred Skill and Experience
- Flexible and willing to learn and adapt to in-house design practices and methods, regardless of experience.
- Ability to brainstorm and problem solve and help with the ideation process.
- Ownership of projects from inception to production.
- Manage time on projects and meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with different departments.

Additional Information
Position Details: This is a full-time position, salaried, exempt (40+ hours/week). This is a hybrid position: Temecula, CA and home.
Pay: The pay range for this position if the work is a minimum of $67,000 to a maximum of $95,000 based on a full-time schedule. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
