Website and Digital Marketing Specialist

Consumers Credit Union is looking to hire a passionate Website and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of emails and assisting in the update and maintenance of the Credit Union’s website, to drive traffic that increases sales and encourages better service and communication to the Credit Union’s members.

What you'll be doing:

Email marketing: Help write, create, edit and schedule email campaigns targeting both members and non-members, including the following:

Create content, edit and schedule marketing emails.
Help in the testing of new emails.

Website maintenance and creation: Help create, edit and publish web content—all while maintaining the continuity of design and branding to increase online engagement, assisting with reporting as needed. Help keep website updated to meet current web trends across all devices.Digital marketing backup: Assist team members when necessary in the scheduling of content and media on Online Banking, creating and scheduling blogs, and other electronic platforms.

What you'll bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience preferred.
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat and Illustrator; web design/publishing software, especially WordPress; and marketing automation, especially HubSpot.
Excellent organizational skills and positive attitude. Be able to enjoy a team environment while still being able to work independently.
Ability to learn and implement new technologies.
Must have initiative, drive, and a strong work ethic.
Excellent written and oral communications required.
A desire and ability to see campaigns and projects through to completion despite obstacles and time constraints is required.
Ability to work in Kalamazoo full-time.
