Work Schedule: Flexible working hours 

Desired Length of Employment: It begins in September 2024, and the complete work will be done in December 2025. 

Pay Rate: $15 an hour

Job Description:

Duties include: 
-Assisting with the execution of webinars and related events. 
-Assist with circulating announcements to advertise all events to increase participation, especially among students at Baylor and other universities. 
-Assist with curating materials related to these webinars including PowerPoint slide decks. 
-Work with other students to support their presentations at the author’s party. 
-Assisting with reviewing, sending, and collecting necessary release forms from program contributors. 
-Following up to ensure all non-Baylor contributors have received an honorarium.
-Assisting in sharing resource guide to make it available to instructors most likely to use it for their courses. 
-Assisting the team working on the edited volume to gather chapter abstracts and bios to finalize the book proposal. 
-Assist with tracking all participants. 
-Assist with documenting the reach and influence of this program. 
-Assist the team as needed. 
-Assist in research as interested and develop your academic profile.

Detail-oriented individuals, possess administrative skills, and are willing to learn and support the execution of several events including the webinars and an edited volume. Social media and research skills are a plus.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and maximum qualifications: Master’s degree
