What this job can offer you

This is a strategic and hands-on role leading full-funnel marketing campaigns and localized execution across the Nordics and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). You have the opportunity to create hyper-targeted, data-driven campaigns in close partnership with the Marketing Automation Lead—delivering measurable pipeline impact and long-term brand equity. This key position representing the Nordics within a global marketing team, adapting EMEA strategy to local market dynamics, customer behaviors, and sales motions. This is also a balance of strategic planning and tactical execution—whether launching persona-driven, intent-based campaigns or managing our presence at high-impact regional events.

What you bring

  • Several years in regional/field marketing for B2B or SaaS businesses
  • Demand generation expertise with proven pipeline contribution
  • Event strategy and execution experience (hosted + third-party)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce), marketing tools, and content strategy
  • Analytical and agile; strong project management and localization instincts
  • Fluent English; business proficiency in Swedish (and another Nordic language is a plus)

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Localization: Adapt the overarching EMEA marketing strategy to reflect the Nordics market dynamics and sales goals, owning regional go-to-market planning and coordinating with Product, Content, and Digital teams to ensure local relevance and impact
  • Demand Generation Campaigns: Drive pipeline and brand visibility by executing integrated campaigns - across digital, content, direct mail, and outbound - working closely with the Marketing Automation Lead to enhance reach and effectiveness
  • Event & Field Marketing: Plan, manage, and optimize regional events and third-party sponsorships in collaboration with SDRs and AEs to ensure seamless integration into pipeline-building efforts
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support cross-sell and upsell programs, contribute to persona development, and align marketing initiatives with commercial goals
  • Performance & Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign KPIs, using insights from marketing operations to refine strategy, targeting, messaging, and timing for improved outcomes
