The Opportunity:
To provide support for the Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) branch. The primary objective of this requirement is to acquire scientific, systems and software engineering and technical services to support the life cycle activities of associated ARAT-PO software systems, and the software engineering technology and interoperability efforts of the Software Engineering Center (SEC) ARAT and the customers they support.
Responsibilities:
Provide In-Country Reprogramming (ICR) Plans & Procedures for Foreign Military Sales.
Provide technical representatives at annual Threat Coordination Meetings (TCMs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and other meetings with FMS customers.
Provide technical insight into the performance of the EWS as well as detailed information on the threats being discussed.
Provide technical support of program FMS requirements as detailed by approved FMS cases.
Develop aircraft survivability operational and maintenance software training packages and conduct training for FMS customers in response to FMS cases between SAMD and the ARAT-PO.
Develop training packages to support both CONUS and OCONUS training events. perform academic and hands on instruction.
Provide technical support planning and execution activities of system transition efforts.
Provide technical support to ensure that the EWS is correctly installed on the foreign military aircraft and functioning properly in accordance with the Aircraft Operators Manual.
Support t-flight tests at designated FMS customer furnished sites both CONUS and OCONUS.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline is required.
6 years experience with translating requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design; participating in the development of test strategies; and solving engineering problems.
