Solé Miami is looking for a driven Food and Beverage Supervisor who possesses attention to detail, wants to do the right thing and is ready to have fun! Excellent growth opportunity.

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the manager in directing and organizing the activities and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet (restaurant, room service, banquets, pool bars, etc.) in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

Assist F&B Manager and Director of Outlets in the management of the operations to include, but not limited to, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability.

• Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
• Assist in initiating and implementing marketing and up-selling techniques to promote restaurant food and beverage services and to maximize overall revenue
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training team member
• Act in the absence of the manager and director, as needed

Requirements

• 2-3 years of F&B supervisory experience in a hotel environment
• High school graduate
