This is a Temporary Cover (6-8 months)!
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, coordinate and ensure the successful planning, delivery and management of coordinated communication development and projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
- This role requires coordinated agency background, who has worked in a lead agency model and understands the entire process and understands how to deliver the best creative work.
- Responsible for driving and delivering varied aspects of projects and processes end-to-end: balancing varied day-to-day tasks and ensuring workflow efficiencies across tactics and campaigns. They are responsible for internal and external teams.
- This role requires strong communication skills to ensure project teams and partners are fully aligned and updated. Strong communication and negotiation skills are also required when working with external agencies.
- Ensure effective creative processes from concept ideation, scheduling and planning, production and development through project delivery and launch as well as future creative content development where applicable.
- The Project Manager will need to navigate in an ever-changing sophisticated environment with numerous partners making sure we deliver on time and according to estimate – even when the plan or project takes unexpected turns.
- Prioritizing issues and work with internal and external teams to identify root cause and potential solutions and work together with key partners to find solutions.
- Communicating a project’s progress to senior internal and partner collaborators.

OLA is a full-service agency servicing the internal customers in the LEGO Company with all sorts of communication solutions. Our work spans broadly from communication strategies and concepts to development of Design and visual identity, product and campaign related assets of all kinds. The Project Manager is the internal backbone of the OLA project team in charge of planning and estimating and driving the projects from end-to end.
Do you have what it takes?
- 5+ years as a marketing project manager in an agency setting.
- External agency experience is required.
- Strong Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in Agile ways, depending on the need of the project.
- Change Ready.
- Able to identify and manage project risks.
- Driven, energetic and goal oriented.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong sense of initiative, proactiveness, and entrepreneurial spirit.

- Ability to be agile both in ways of working and driving a project.

Additional details on this position:
- The salary for this position has a range of $90,000-$125,000 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
