Supervisor - Staffing Operations

The Supervisor Staffing Operations plays a key role in the daily operations of hospital-wide Scheduling, Staffing, and Timekeeping operational team for Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.  This position has oversight of hospital-wide scheduling, staffing and timekeeping functions, under the direction of the Manager.  The Timekeepers and Staffing Coordinators will directly report to the Supervisor who oversees 24/7 day-to-day operations.

Required qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Business, healthcare or related field.
• 5 years Experience in scheduling, timekeeping and/or staffing.
• 2 years Lead role or equivalent team lead experience
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge and ability working with multiple software packages, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SharePoint administration.

    

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with healthcare staffing, scheduling and timekeeping in Kronos software.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
