Director, Integrated Insights & Strategy, Pediatric Vaccines

Role summary

Pfizer is seeking an experienced Director of Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) that will lead strategic thought partnership with US and Global brand leads of a high-value asset.  Reporting to the IIS Pediatric Vaccines Team Lead, this person will serve as the senior member of a brand-aligned team of strategists, responsible for identifying and developing opportunities that unlock brand value and advising the business on drivers of transformational change.  The candidate will be part of the Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) organization, harnessing insights from multiple sources, leading day-to-day problem solving, team management, and business partner management.

The ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record of high-value brand consultancy and deep functional analytic knowledge, responsible for framing, designing & executing solutions for challenging business situations.  They will have an in-depth knowledge of multiple analytic disciplines, with a keen understanding of output and quality/timely insight deriv
