About the role
Lead implementation and ongoing management of an Amazon High Volume Hiring tech product suite that enables Workforce Solutions to hire at scale and deliver talent to operations globally. The Global Tech Implementation & Management team drives the change management lifecycle from business requirements documentation to post implementation issue triage for supported tech products within HIRING by Amazon (HBA) applicant tracking system. We act as the voice of the customer looking at the proposed end product to meet the needs of all users across all geographies with flexibility, efficiency, speed and ensure successful deployment.
Key job responsibilities
Owns the relationship between Tech, business users, support teams and candidates by understanding the performance of tech products, how stakeholders use software in practice, pain points, costs and resources involved to effectively communicate issues and improvements needed. Responsible for effective change management and ongoing health of tech products including the launches of new tools, features, enhancements, bug fixes and defect resolution across a suite of domains. Drives continuous iteration on both tech products and internal processes to improve quality, efficiency, speed and user adoption. Assist in the scoping and development of tech changes and provide context into requirements from business users, support teams (Work Authorization, Screenings, Compliance, etc.) and candidates. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment, creation of test cases, execution and launch preparedness to drive adoption. Helping users understand the reasons and benefits for tech changes, ensuring proper access, training and communication. Analyze the launch of tech products through post mortem analysis into the efficacy of changes along with issues experienced and lessons learned. Understand ongoing issues highlighted by users post launch and hold Tech Teams accountable for on time resolution of tickets within SLA as the primary advocate of users and candidates. Monitor and highlight reoccurring issues and tech bugs to ensure ongoing health of products.

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
