Jr. Accountant

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Junior Accountant to support general accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is responsible for tasks such as intercompany and bank reconciliations, daily sales reporting, invoicing, and assisting in monthly financial close activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit to our fast-paced finance team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and maintain various balance sheet accounts
• Support tracking of capex projects and asset      capitalization 
• Processing and reconciling return material      authorizations (RMA’s)
• Perform general ledger operations and prepare journal      entries
• Assist with monthly close processes and the preparation      of financial statements and internal reports
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable      functions as needed
• Complete intercompany and bank account reconciliations
• Assist with audits, including preparation and      coordination with external auditors
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of      internal financial controls and standard operating procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned
