What You’ll Be Doing:

• Inspire and Lead: Plan, develop, and direct personalized clinical and care programs that enhance the lives of our residents, ensuring exceptional quality and support every step of the way.
• Empower Your Team: Supervise, mentor, and train a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring they’re equipped with the skills      to provide exceptional care.
• Champion Excellence: Ensure staff adherence to organizational policies, regulations, and industry standards in assisted      living and long-term care.
• Create a Caring Environment: Cultivate a positive, respectful atmosphere for both residents and employees, ensuring the      highest standards of service.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Passion for People: A heart for service, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to help others
• License & Certifications: RN license in South Carolina and CPR certification
• Experience: At least 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with proven leadership and management skills
• Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills to manage and enhance the care environment
