Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Spokane Valley
Full-Time | Hourly ($16.66–$20.00 DOE) + Commission + Benefits
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 9AM–6PM

What You’ll Do:
Own the phones—manage inbound and outbound calls with confidence and energy.
Create great experiences—schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and keep satisfaction high.
Leverage smart tools—work with advanced CRM technology to stay organized and effective.
Work comfortably—enjoy a sit/stand desk setup for flexibility.
Show your presence—assist customers in the showroom as needed
Jump in when needed—flexibility to help during peak seasons and big events like home shows.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with both inbound and outbound calls—you know the pace, the flow, and how to keep energy up on a full shift.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Great time management and organizational habits.
High school diploma or GED.
A positive, winning attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
