Description:
The intern will gain broad knowledge and exposure to Human Resources generalist work. Emphasis will be placed on devloping job families and updated job descriptions. The intern will have the opportunity of networking within the Human Resources department learning about subspecialites like Talent Acquisition, Talent and OE, Business Partnering, and Employee Relations. The intern will give an inter-departmental presentation of their work at the conclusion of the internship.

- Candidate must be currently enrolled in 4 year degree program (rising undergraduate Junior or Senior, or graduate student pursuing a degree) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
- Candidate must currently have GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Basic skills necessary: Ability to communicate effectively, ability to work under direction, and proficiency with MS Office suite programs.
