HR Internship: HR&O Communication and Change

ASML’s HR&O Strategy team has a mission to safeguard the ASML People Strategy direction and foster a culture of excellence within the global HR&O. Together with our stakeholders, we drive the People Strategy. We act as the compass for the course of the strategic portfolio, establish means and methods, oversee the HR&O Calendar, develop an effective HR&O organization and ensure delivery and embedding accordingly.

The Communication & Change activities in our team are instrumental in this success. You will be supporting your colleagues in the planning and delivery of the global HR&O communication and events towards our key stakeholders and building our HR&O community.

Your assignment

You will support in the following activities:

• Event Support: Manage tasks such as requesting quotes from suppliers, scheduling calls, and supporting the organization of events from start to finish.

• Communication Coordination: Assist in coordinating HR communication activities, developing engaging communication materials, organizing and taking part in key communication meetings. Monitor effectiveness and continuous improvement.

• Project Assistance: Support a new HR&O initiative from a project management perspective and help set up a Community Journey within HR

Your profile:

To be a perfect match with this internship, you:

• Are a bachelor/HBO or master student in HR, Communications, Event Management, or similar;

• Have excellent communication, fluent in English (both verbal and written);

• Can work effectively and efficiently, and you can build and maintain a network and relationships;

• Show initiative, you are flexible, and you enjoy working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams;

• Have excellent planning and organizing abilities, and the ability to keep the overview.

This is a bachelor or master internship suitable for apprentice with a duration of 5+ months, starting as of September. You are available for 4 or 5 days per week (2+ days on-site).

Student enrollment at an educational institute is required during the full internship duration.
