Quality Inspector- Aircraft Interiors- Level @

Key Responsibilities

•         Conduct visual, physical, and dimensional inspections of aircraft interior components (seats, galleys, monuments).
•         Identify and contain non-conforming commodities/parts to maintain quality standards.
•         Ensure compliance with BP-1357 requirements and specifications.
•         Support the end-item delivery assembly process through product acceptance verification.
•         Interpret supplier drawings and engineering requirements accurately.
•         Write accurate discrepancy texts and dispositions.

Required Qualifications:

•         Understand and demonstrate the ability to compile a final documentation package for conformity, including material traceability, special process certificates of conformance, FAI requirements, process documentation, and inspection records.
•         Experience with FAA conformity paperwork such as forms 8110 and 8130
•         Ability to trace heat lot of material through multiple distributors, processors and resellers
•         Proven experience in aircraft interior inspection (seats, galleys, and monuments repair, removal, and installation).
•         Strong understanding of supplier drawings and engineering requirements.
•         Ability to write clear and accurate discrepancy texts and dispositions.
•         Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.

Preferred qualifications:

•         Familiarity with BP-1357 requirements and specifications is a plus.
•         Composites experience
