JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer—someone who thrives on taking initiative, solving complex problems, and driving execution. This is a high-impact role for a go-getter who can anticipate needs, remove roadblocks, and ensure that strategic priorities are not only set but achieved.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of leadership and execution in areas such as payments, banking, financial services, not-for-profit, and/or education sectors. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring that the organization’s vision is translated into action with precision and urgency.
You will lead high-priority initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and act as a force multiplier for the CEO—streamlining operations, enhancing communication, and ensuring accountability across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
◦ Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, offering insights that drive decision-making and organizational success.
◦ Take ownership of complex challenges and deliver results with minimal oversight.
◦ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other C-suite executives.
◦ Lead and execute special projects and strategic initiatives from concept to completion.
◦ Optimize operational workflows and processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
◦ Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
◦ Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect the organization’s reputation and mission.
◦ Help the CEO scale including synthesizing information, tracking open loops and actions, ensuring appropriate follow-up on commitments and attending key meetings.
◦ Drive follow-through on executive decisions and ensure timely execution of action items.
◦ Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
◦ Collaborate with department heads to improve team performance and organizational alignment.
◦ Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
◦ Facilitate change management processes by helping teams adopt new workflows, systems, or strategic priorities.
◦ Promote cross-functional alignment and clarity during periods of rapid growth or organizational transformation.
◦ Help embed a culture of agility, learning, and innovation while maintaining consistency and discipline in execution.
◦ Maximize the CEO’s productivity through smart use of tools, systems, and processes, including Microsoft Office Suite and digital platforms.
◦ Support organizational use of collaboration tools to streamline communication and project management.
◦ Create dashboards and visual reports to track progress on key initiatives, leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools.
◦ Ability to travel to support strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and organizational priorities.
◦ Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED:
◦ Demonstrated success and a proven track record in professional/life experience in specific job functions, projects, or industries. Military service can substitute for professional experience and/or formal education requirements such as a Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
◦ 10-15+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, with a strong emphasis on execution and initiative.
