Why This Role?

This is a cross‑functional, high‑visibility role supporting multiple teams across Operations Services and the enterprise. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with operational systems, partner with internal teams, and play a key role in keeping payment and processing activities moving efficiently for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Support day‑to‑day production across multiple operational systems

• Process and research payment transactions, claims, and exceptions

• Perform data entry, document imaging, archiving, and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with internal partners and communicate with vendors and external customers as needed

• Research exceptions and escalate issues appropriately

• Contribute ideas to improve processes and increase efficiency

• Work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment where accuracy matters

• May include physical activity such as moving trays or carts, repetitive motions, and standing or sitting for extended periods.

Location: Fully onsite at 1200 Energy Park Drive, St. Paul, MN 55108

Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 4:30pm-5:00pm CST

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• One to two years or more of related work experience

• 10 key processing - data entry

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements

• Proven commitment to high quality customer service

• Ability to work well with external and internal customers

• Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise wide

• Physical requirements could include lifting trays of work, pushing carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions

• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation

• Strong PC skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location two (2) days per week
