Description
UCFS is looking for candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others! We are currently seeking a full-time (35hr) Supervisor to lead ongoing program administration & clinical supervision, including grant(s) & funding source management for evidenced based, clinical treatment, community based Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) Program. The client population served by these programs is families and their children with significant behavioral health issues in an in-home setting; service provision is both intensive and long-term.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing program administration, including adherence to contract scope of service requirements; assist in preparation and adherence to program/department budget(s); provide for program(s) data reporting; assist in preparation of contracts, grant applications, department policies & procedures and overall growth of BHS community-based services as requested.
- Provide ongoing clinical MDFT oversight and supervision and be available 24/7 for staff consultation & crisis intervention, referrals, training or other; organize and lead clinical team meetings; review counseling/clinical interventions, mandated record keeping; treatment episodes & progress, and therapeutic treatment plans consulting on cases of children with severe and chronic mental health needs; monitor team performance on achievement of approved outcome standards and related other.
- Supervise daily operations, output, and staff; monitor scheduling, workflow, quality, productivity and attendance; conduct all Personnel actions such as interviewing, training, performance appraisal, coaching/counseling and related; serve as the communications link for your staff within UCFS, with funding source and all others; administer BHS & UCFS policies & procedures; resolve obstacles & challenges.
- Serve as program, contract and community liaison; partake in case conferences, program meetings regionally and statewide as directed by funding source or mgmt; collaborate regularly with funding sources to evaluate process, service delivery & scope, outcomes, referrals &/or team problem solving; coordinate processes and improvements interdepartmentally; partake in community events and activities, UCFS management meetings, trainings and related other.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors of MDFT through liaison and referral partnership.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Psy MA/MS, MFT, MSW)
- This position is open to experienced clinicians with a minimum of 6 to 7 years of related experience; 3 in supervisory capacity
- CT State Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, LPC
- Strong computer skills including effective use EPIC (our electronic health record system)
- Must achieve MDFT therapist and supervisor certification during 1st year of program
