Overview: 

Measurabl is a leading SaaS company specializing in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) solutions, serving a global clientele. With a commitment to sustainability and innovation, we empower organizations to navigate the complexities of ESG compliance and reporting. As a key player in the industry, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief of Staff to join our dynamic team and take ownership of our 1Measurabl strategy implementation, as well as lead 5 strategic priorities and adjacent initiatives including offshoring and outsourcing. The Chief of Staff will seamlessly navigate the intersection of strategy, transformation, and execution.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. 

  • The Chief of Staff role leads the execution of the firm’s 3-year strategic plan that reshapes the organization, improves operational efficiency, and enables long-term growth
  • This role will lead the program office overseeing a cross-sectional team of Senior Managers responsible for the execution of the 3-year strategic plan
  • Ensure the transformation strategy is aligned with the organization's vision, goals, and market dynamics
  • In partnership with the Chief Growth Officer, identify areas for transformation and prioritize initiatives that will deliver the most significant impact on the organization's performance and future success
  • Lead efforts to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation to support the desired future state
  • Provide support to executive teams, managers, and employees throughout the transformation process
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement
  • Act as a role model for embracing change and driving a positive transformational mindset
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners, to gain support and alignment for the strategic initiatives
  • Develop robust communication plans to ensure effective and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ensure strategies and initiatives are embedded into the organization's culture, practices, and processes
  • Ensure that the transformation efforts lead to lasting improvements and sustained organizational performance
  • Report on program progress to executives and key stakeholders, working alongside functional integration leaders to drive results-delivery
  • Validating, tracking, and reporting cost synergies, as well as generating variance commentary vs. plan will be a core responsibility

  • 12+ years of business experience, with a significant portion of that leading large, cross-functional teams
  • Real Estate industry and sustainability experience required
  • Solid understanding of business financial concepts (EBITDA, Capital payback, IRR, etc.), accounting and forecasting
  • Proven track record of leading transformational change in a senior-level role
  • Strong project management experience with a track record of successfully delivering measurable results
  • Experience leading successful large-scale projects and programs across an enterprise utilizing internal cross-functional teams
  • A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above

Compensation Range:

  • $155,000 to $180,000 + DOE
