Apply now!</p> <p> </p> <p>What you'll do</p> <p><br/> As part of the Product Engineering Communications &amp; Events team in Walldorf, you will support the team in preparing communication assets for our board member. In this context, your tasks will include:</p> <ul> <li>Content creation: Produce compelling content that narrates our stories in innovative and inspiring manners.</li> <li>On-stage material supervision: Oversee the design of all on-stage assets like content/graphics, animations, videos, demos, and more.</li> <li>Speech Creation: Conduct research, draft, and refine speeches, keynotes, and other content meant for the Board Member for SAP Product Engineering (Thomas Saueressig).</li> <li>Communication collaterals: Design other related communication assets such as social media posts and video scripts.</li> <li>Schedule, facilitate and document meetings with follow-ups, action items and next steps </li> </ul> <p><br/> We live flex work but also value our team spirit a lot and some events need onsite support. That’s why it will be beneficial if you are able to work from the Walldorf office once in a while.</p> <p><br/> What you bring</p> <p> </p> <p>Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:</p> <ul> <li>Preferred field(s) of study: Communications, Marketing, Media Relations, or related fields</li> <li>A genuine love for writing combined with the ability to do so eloquently and empathetically</li> <li>Flexibility to collaborate with stakeholders spread across the globe.</li> <li>Open to embracing new processes, tools, and a dynamic work environment.</li> <li>Creative mindset and drive to bring in and execute new ideas</li> <li>Eager to learn new things on the job</li> <li>Very good MS Office skills</li> <li>Graphical skills (e.g. Adobe) is a plus</li> <li>Fluent English and German language skills - both written and verbal</li> <li>You can support 10 – 20 hours / week (option to increase your hours during the semester break)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for a reliable, positive, open-minded and collaborative personality with strong team player skills, who is determined to reach goals in time, can work independently and prioritize.</p> <p> </p> <p>Meet your team</p> <p><br/> We design and conceptualize strategic messages for the SAP Product Engineering Board Area and position it appropriately for internal and external audiences through events.<br/> In this framework we also manage and run communication activities and events for the Member of the Executive Board of SAP Product Engineering.</p> <p><br/> <em>Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
