This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $36,000-100,000

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which include Flat Rate: $17.00- $30/ + production bonus
