We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Senior Cloud Security Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cloud security solutions to protect our cloud environments and data assets.

Here are the key duties and qualifications for this role: 

1. 3 years’ experience in security
2. 5 years’ overall relevant experience
3. Design and implement cloud security architecture, policies, and controls for public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
4. Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing on cloud infrastructure and applications.
5. Develop and implement security automation scripts, tools, and processes to enhance cloud security posture and compliance.
6. Monitor and analyze security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities in cloud environments, and respond promptly to security incidents.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into cloud-native applications, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD processes.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior security engineers and cloud operations teams.
9. Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud security trends, technologies, and threats, and recommend proactive security measures and solutions.
10. Assist in blue team activities, including incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
11. Participate in security audits, compliance assessments, and regulatory reviews related to cloud security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001). 

Qualifications:

• Education: A relevant degree such as Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related fields.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications include AWS, CCSP, GPCS, CCSK, GSEC, , CSSP, eCIR, eEDA.
