You will support our teams in leveraging our software products’ technical and functional capabilities for meeting our customers demands and requirements. You will consult our customers with regard to product enabled use cases to unlock requested benefits and targets and leverage product embedded architectural and functional best practices. You will present and demonstrate our software product offering to C-level representatives and other relevant stakeholders which are representing the target customers.</p> <p>As a Senior Product Consultant you will be part of the product management team and represent a key resource for sharing product knowledge and product understanding among a community of regional product experts. </p> <p><strong>Location</strong>: working 2 days per week in the Utrecht office, Netherlands</p> <ul><li>Support generation of opportunity request-for-proposal / request for information responds by providing product based functional and technical information to represent the products in functional and technical customer requirement analytics</li><li>Explain and transport technical design and non-functional capabilities of our software offering internally and externally</li><li>Guide Technical Presales/Deal Architects, Solution Architects and professional service representatives in defining the customer demand fitting solution (“solutioning”) by providing mandatory conceptual, technical or functional input based on new retail software products’ current and planned capabilities</li><li>Consult customers in leveraging product provided features best for meeting demands and functional requirements</li><li>Prepare and execute customer workshops and customer demonstrations </li><li>Define, implement and maintain our software demonstration kit in close collaboration with peers and regional experts.</li><li>Enable of regional product experts, technical consultants and other stakeholders in our retail SW organization in the area of product knowledge, efficient use of demonstration and workshop supporting collaterals such as retail software demokits and correct as well as efficient use of demonstration and workshop supporting collaterals such as retail software demokits</li><li>Collect feedback from customers and transfer relevant information back to product managers for further analysis and processing as potential enhancements to our software product offerings</li><li>Represent Diebold Nixdorf retail software at major industry related fairs, conferences and events such as NRF Exhibition, NACS, Euroshop by preparing the demonstration systems, maintaining them during the events and as an expert at booth or in customer meetings.</li><li>Support presales teams in setting up, configuring and maintaining customer lab or conference room pilot installations</li><li>Setup, configure and maintain customer experience center configurations and support execution of usability studies related to our new software product offerings.</li></ul> <ul><li>A minimum of 5 year experience in a similar role with proven track record</li><li>Solid understanding of retail industry and business processes</li><li>Solid understanding of user journey documentation and presentation to relevant stakeholders (internal and external)</li><li>Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business and technical problems</li><li>Solid technical understanding of service and API platform designed retail software suited to operate in mission critical environments </li><li>Solid Knowledge about Cloud technology (e.g. Microsoft Azure) and Cloud operated solution concepts and ecosystems</li><li>Experience working with different stakeholders within retail software product management and other key teams such as software operations and maintenance and software sales</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Strong presentation skills</li><li>Readiness to travel internationally</li></ul><p>#LI-KK2 #LI-Hybrid</p> <p></p> <p>Why should you join Diebold Nixdorf?</p> <p>Brightest minds + technology and innovation + bu
