Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

As a HR Business Partner, you will be where the pulse is: in direct sparring with our managers. You drive culture, performance and development. And turn ideas into real change.  <br/><br/><ul><li>You are a sparring partner, source of inspiration, coach and challenger for our national and international management teams - at eye level and with vision.</li><li>You actively support strategic changes and their operational implementation, growth scenarios and cultural change.</li><li>You initiate and support the digitalization and automation of non-standard HR topics.
