Global Procurement Director - Software & Indirect

Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.</span> <h3>You will:</h3> <ul> <li>Work closely with leaders across the company to understand Einride value proposition and business requirements aiming at developing fit-for-purpose organizational capabilities, and developing and executing a global procurement strategy.</li><li>Lead and oversee the development and execution of category strategies for business critical Software, in collaboration with stakeholders, that align with Einride’s product strategy</li><li>Lead and oversee the development and execution of category strategies for Indirects, such as IT Software and Hardware, Consultancy, Marketing &amp; Communications and Facility Management that align with relevant stakeholder business requirements</li><li>Develop partnerships and ensure a high performing network of suppliers enabling the transformation of the electric and autonomous transport landscape</li><li>Lead Source to Contract activities, such as supplier identification and selection, negotiation and contract lifecycle management</li><li>Develop and drive supplier relationship management and performance management in collaboration with relevant stakeholders enabling end-to-end value creation and value capture</li><li>Lead major cost-out initiatives and tenders through cross-functional project teams </li><li>Develop strong relationships and manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels ensuring effective strategy development and execution</li></ul> <h3>We expect you to:</h3> <ul> <li>Have extensive experience in complex global procurement roles, with a track record across categories including Software, IT and Indirects</li><li>Bring extensive leadership experience with proven ability to develop organizational capabilities, lead and collaborate globally in cross-functional teams</li><li>Have a proven track record of developing and executing category strategies and delivering tangible results</li><li>Have an open mindset, be self-reflective, with the ability to learn and act on feedback</li><li>Bring strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality, able to be pragmatic and actively involved, with a fact focused attitude</li></ul><span>This is a full-time position preferably based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
