Responsibilities:

• Support of Category Purchasing in strategic and operational tasks, also in a global environment (i.e. in English).

• Support of contract management: preparation and follow-up of contracts

• Support and maintenance of raw material price data

• Support in negotiation preparation with suppliers

• Participation in strategic supplier meetings

• Usage of Microsoft office and various purchasing-specific software tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree student in business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent
• Strong motivation, desire to work in a team and to take on joint responsibility
• Result-oriented way of working
• Interest in the subject of automobiles
• Confident handling of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP desirable
• Willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics independently
• Very good communication skills in German and English
