You will oversee end-to-end testing activities spanning issuing, acquiring, and switching domains, ensuring quality delivery across all programme phases.</p> <p>This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate cross-functional testing teams, manage programme-level risks and defects, and provide clear governance and reporting to senior stakeholders across PMO, business, and technology functions.</p> <p><strong>Fluency in Polish is mandatory.</strong></p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and manage the overall programme test strategy, including master test plans, governance, and quality assurance frameworks</li> <li>Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing activities across issuing, acquiring, and switch domains</li> <li>Establish and monitor programme-l
