The Maintenance Technician:

• Will repair and maintain the community.
• Perform duties involving operation, security and maintenance of building, equipment and grounds.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Be involved in construction and remodeling.

To succeed, you should have: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
