Are you passionate about ensuring accurate and efficient medical billing and coding processes? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our Claims Success Team and play a key role in driving timely payments, reducing accounts receivable, and supporting patients with billing clarity and care.In this role, you'll assist with authorizations, claims management, insurance payments, and patient billing inquiries while contributing to process improvements and team training. How you will have an impact:

• Assist with all Associate I functions as needed.
• Perform defined departmental work, including: Authorizations, Insurance Payments, Patient Payments, Accounts Receivable (AR) and Claims Management
• Contribute to process creation and process improvement initiatives.
• Support departmental training for new hires and shadowing team members.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for patient phone calls from Associates and Admins.
• Facilitate interdepartmental coordination and provide cross-functional support.
• Manage and maintain documentation and shared information regarding payers for all relevant teams.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

What you can offer Luna:

• Organized with the ability to identify and track progress against priorities
• 1-2 years of experience with medical accounts receivable, preferably in outpatient therapy
• Proven experience in healthcare billing
• Demonstrated training ability
