Core Responsibilities
1. Routes calls or work tasks based on forecasted and real-time volumes and available resources. Identifies potential conflicts and proactively resolves resourcing issues.
2. Establishes and maintains open communications among all internal and external vendor contacts.
3. Integrates new and existing technologies into workflows and communicates to appropriate individuals. Analyzes impact, prepares internal partners for change, and creates/updates documented procedures.
4. Supports resource planning and scheduling processes and projects as directed by managers.
5. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Two years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
