Job Description

The Project Manager role at Parfums Christian Dior, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful project outcomes. The role emphasizes the importance of both internal and external partnerships to drive the brand's success within the Ulta channel.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
2. Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
3. Define project scope, goals, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
4. Create and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and adjusting plans as needed.
5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
6. Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet specified standards.
7. Provide regular project updates and reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
8. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting follow up.
10. Collaborate with team members to address conflicts and challenges within the project.
11. Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in project management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant Beauty industry experience within the US Market.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Visual merchandising knowledge is a plus, showcasing an understanding of design principles and retail aesthetics.
• Established proficiency in a fast-paced environment with time constraints
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering successful project outcomes.
