We are Delivery Hero</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Be our next Hero! - Join the world’s leading local delivery platform.</p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Non-Financial Reporting Specialist (all genders)</strong> to join our <strong>Finance and the Sustainability &amp; CSR teams</strong> on their journey to share with our stakeholders how Delivery Hero manages its non-financial commitments.</p><p>This teammate will play a critical role in driving DH’s global CSRD-compliant (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) non-financial report disclosure across our network of brands and their operating countries. This role will work closely with the broader team responsible for non-financial reporting, key central stakeholders like Finance, People &amp; Culture, Legal, Product, and other functions but also global stakeholders from network brands. This teammate will help to implement transformative partnerships, roadmaps, and project plans to collate required quantitative and qualitative information, produce, and externally assure DH’s annual non-financial report. Over the next few years, this role will help evolve DH’s non-financial reporting, risk-management, and internal controls up to par with financial reporting.</p><p>If you're a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin!</p><p><strong>Your mission: </strong></p><ul><li>Play a leading role in the production of the annual global non-financial report for the group.</li><li>Develop communication materials to effectively engage stakeholders, providing clear context and guidance on CSRD reporting requirements</li><li>Lead or support annual reporting on EU Taxonomy, non-financial risk assessment, and the coordination of new non-financial reporting regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with Investor Relations on materials for, and queries from, investors; lead on annual ESG disclosures (e.g., potentially CDP).</li><li>Lead and support on aligning with consulting partners for related SOWs and aspects of related budget management.</li><li>Support, and lead on aspects of, external assurance for the non-financial report; continue optimizing and evolving related processes from year to year.</li><li>Lead on projects, initiatives that contribute to the reporting readiness of the Group in relation with the new regulations (CSRD)</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong interest and experience in leading non-financial reporting and external assurance work/working directly with auditors – in the corporate setting, or at a consultancy/as an auditor.   </li><li>Ability to learn quickly, with excellent qualitative analytical skills – to understand ESRS standards on various non-financial topics and help internal partner teams collate and refine disclosure content.</li><li>Degree in a field that builds related skills and knowledge and experience in a related role, with strong stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to learn quickly, with excellent qualitative analytical skills – to understand ESRS standards on various non-financial topics and help internal partner teams collate, refine, and assure disclosure content.</li><li>Fluency in English  and strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to process in parallel multiple tasks and workstreams in a dynamic environment.</li><li>A strong, flexible, and team/growth-oriented mindset.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of German and European non-financial reporting regulations (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, NFRD), GRI, SASB, and especially TCFD</li><li>Fluency in German is a plus in order to ensure alignment between DH’s German and English non-financial report disclosure.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Who We Are: </strong>As the world’s leading local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience, fast, easy, and to your door.
