For our Cork office, AlterDomus are currently requiring for a FATCA CRS Reporting Officer to join our expanding team 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Undergo specific training on FATCA and CRS reporting;
• Registering and de-registering entities with the IRS and on portals with various Tax jurisdictions;
• Assist with classification of entities on a global level;
• Compile data with accuracy to generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations;
• Population and uploading of excels to generate XML files;
• Comply with data integrity and security policies;
• Respond to queries for information and report to team Senior Officer/Team Lead on information requests, progress and issues;
• Updating and maintaining systems information.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Degree in computers, business, finance or economics would be an advantage;
• Proficient data entry skills, working with excel and spreadsheets;
• Fluency in English. Any other language will be considered an advantage;
• Working as part of a small team and ability to think outside the box;
• You are a results-oriented person;
• Proven ability to organise and demonstrate attention to detail;
• Ability to work with tight deadlines, multitask and able to prioritise workflow;
• Competent knowledge of MS Office applications.
