AML/KYC Analyst

<p style="text-align:start;"><strong><u><span style="color:#121317">About the Role:</span></u></strong></p><p><span style="color:#121317">As a KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for the proper processing of all KYC/AML information surrounding investor transactions, including periodic reviews. Due to the variety of fund clients and their investors, we are looking for someone who is hands-on and has a can-do mentality. You will have intensive daily contact with your colleagues, and therefore, we are looking for someone who is professional and has a friendly approach.</span></p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong><u><span style="color:#121317">Key Responsibilities:</span></u></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Perform document gap analysis by reviewing available documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Conduct AML assessments on periodic reviews of existing investors.  </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Process AML/CDD onboarding for clients as required.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Provide support for AML services to clients.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Completing AML Risk Assessments on clients.  </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Support operations for FATCA and CRS.  </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Any other ad-hoc task as assigned.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong><u><span style="color:#121317">Job Requirements:</span></u></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Experience in related fields such as compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, fraud detection, and document review, as well as familiarity with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, loan underwriting, and mortgage operations (preferred).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Proven ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills under pressure.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Competent in using MS Office applications, including but not limited to MS Word and Excel.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:start;"><strong><u><span style="color:#121317">Why Join Us?</span></u></strong></p><p style="text-align:start;"><span style="color:#121317">We foster a supportive and flexible work environment that encourages both personal and professional growth.
