Job Description

The Client Management Executive leads growth, retention, and strategic engagement across a portfolio of Tier 1 or Mid-Tier Banking clients. This is a consultative, insight-led role for a relationship leader who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and commercial execution. This role serves as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders—CFOs, CMOs, Heads of Retail/Deposits, and Chief Digital Officers—helping them translate analytics into measurable business outcomes across deposits, lending, and customer growth.

Success requires both strategic thinking and disciplined execution: driving account strategy, leading complex renewals, and expanding wallet share through collaboration and value-based storytelling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own a portfolio of high-value banking clients, with accountability for growth, retention, and client satisfaction
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders, aligning client objectives with Curinos’ data, technology, and advisory capabilities
Develop and execute annual account plans to drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, ensuring mutual value and long-term partnership
  • Leverage deep banking and financial acumen (P&L, deposits, NIM, customer acquisition, retention) to inform strategy conversations
  • Collaborate across Sales, Advisory, and Product to deliver integrated, One Curinos solutions that create measurable client impact
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline discipline to ensure accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively while maintaining a high standard of client responsiveness and professionalism
  • Contribute to team development and best practice sharing within the Client Management organization

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years in financial services, consulting, or FinTech/SaaS client leadership, managing complex enterprise relationships
  • Proven success managing $4M+ portfolios and closing $1M+ ARR enterprise SaaS or data analytics deals
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior banking leaders (CFOs, CMOs, Heads of Retail/Deposits, Chief Digital Officers)
  • Deep understanding of bank performance drivers—deposit pricing, NIM, marketing ROI, and customer growth levers
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Commercially sharp, with expertise in deal structuring, pricing, and financial impact analysis
  • Insight-led communicator who connects data and analytics to tangible business results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce (or equivalent CRM platforms)
  • Curious, resilient, and growth-oriented—energized by solving complex challenges and driving impact
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

A compensation package for this role will include a competitive Base Salary of $175,000 - $220,000 annually (based on experience and level) paired with a lucrative commission structure targeted at 100% of base with uncapped potential upside for high revenue drivers designed to reward exceptional performance.
