Senior ICT Unified Communications Engineer

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior ICT Unified Communications Engineer to join our Unified Communications team. The ideal candidate will be involved at the design, implementation, integration, optimization and support of Unified Communications related technologies.

For the Senior ICT Unified Communications Engineer position we expect you to:

• Provide consultation, remote administration and maintenance and/or site surveys on customer networks
• Conduct professionally client meetings in order to advise them on new services/solutions
• Participate in the presales process in collaboration with other departments/ team members
• Create documentation and revise the deliverables for complicated/ important projects
• Ensure that the project's time frames are met
• Ensure the resolution of issues in projects that have already been delivered
• Conduct fault investigation in lab environment
• Coach and guide colleagues in technical related issues

We would like you to have:

• University/College/Institute degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relative discipline
• Prior experience in similar role and expertise in the majority of areas described below :

- Cisco Voice infrastructures (Collaboration, Unified Communication & Video Conferencing Solutions). The related scaled level of knowledge has to be presented and it will be evaluated – CCNP Collaboration (CLCOR, CLACCM, CLCEI, CLAUI) – Collaboration Conferencing (CLCNF) – CCNP Enterprise – CCNP Data Center – CCNP Security. Proven working experience, is mandatory to be presented

- Specialization in Media Distributed Data Networks, Data Center & Structured Cabling regarding Concept design & -Preliminary studies, Project appraisals & Cost estimates, Full system design & Product Management Development
- Very good knowledge in Voice Networks solutions architecture in relation with the optimal utilization of commercial agreements, IT & inside Network resources, in order to support, Sales, Pre/After-Sales, PM, B2B and/or Strategic Business efforts
- PBX features and services (virtual, stand alone or multi-site). Proven working experience, is mandatory to be presented
- Features, functions and services of enterprise telephone networks. Proven working experience, is mandatory to be presented
- Classic PBX functionalities about analogue, digital, IP and SIP/VoIP, protocols and circuits. Proven working experience, is mandatory to be presented
- IP networking, major internet routing protocols and technologies
- Commercial buildings' structured cabling, backbone or edge network. Especially regarding copper and F.O. systems. Proven working experience, is mandatory to be presented

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Genuine interest in exploring and working with new technologies
• Ability to work both independently and within multi-discipline team
• Flexibility to work outside of HQs premises and/or abroad (mainly EU countries), on a per project basis. This expected working time frame, is on the average around 10%-15% of the working time of the candidate
