KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Leadership & Account Management·       Serve as a key point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.·       Build trusted relationships with client teams, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence.·       Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Partnerships, Content, Events).Internal Communications (NEOM Fan Club & Shura Links)·       Plan and deliver monthly campaigns (newsletters, competitions, spotlight stories).·       Maintain a content calendar tied to F1 Academy, esports, and STEM events.·       Write internal messages for leadership, townhalls, and employee platforms.·       Coordinate staff involvement in activations (e.g. McLaren garage tours, Q&As).·       Track engagement metrics like open rates and sign-ups.External Communications (NEOM x McLaren, Golf Saudi, AGF)·       Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with race schedules, STEM launches, and innovation events.·       Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and executive talking points.·       Maintain relationships with Arabic and international media across sports, tech, and sustainability.·       Secure media coverage and manage accreditation for race weekends and activations.·       Support content capture days and script development for talent appearances and video content.Narrative & Messaging Development·       Own and adapt messaging frameworks for different audiences (F1 Academy, esports, STEM, investors).·       Draft thought leadership content, panel blurbs, and moderator guides for major events (LEAP, FII, Web Summit).·       Collaborate with client teams to ensure consistent and impactful storytelling.Reporting & Insights·       Monitor media coverage, share of voice, and social media impressions.·       Compile regular reports on PR reach, content performance, and internal engagement.Use tools like Meltwater or Cision to track and analyse campaign impact. 

SPECIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/APTITUDES NEEDED:

Experience·       3–5 years in PR, communications, or media relations, ideally within sports, entertainment, or innovation sectors.·       Proven experience managing bilingual campaigns and working with Arabic media.Skills & Attributes·       Native-level Arabic and fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).·       Strong editorial copywriting and storytelling abilities.·       Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving skills.·       Excellent organisational and project management capabilities.·       Confident working across multiple accounts and deadlines.Technical Proficiency·       Familiarity with PR tools (e.g. Meltwater, Cision).Understanding of digital and social media trends. 

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

  • Competitive Salary
  • Annual Discretionary Company Bonus – up to 8% - 3% Company & 5% Individual
  • 33 days annual leave (+ public holidays), pro-rated
  • Working hours will be from 09.00 to 17.30 Sunday to Thursday with an hour taken for lunch between 12.00 and 14.00
