About the role

Job Description

- Coordination and Execution of Quality Methods: Process FMEA, Safety of Machinery and Lessons Learned Systematic in the organization
- Planning, preparation and moderation of the formal and methodical correct execution of P-FMEAs with the responsible teams according to the applicable standards, the Bosch methodology and procedures including release and reporting
- Planning and Coordination of Lessons Learned systematic to ensure the handling of the Lessons Learned with the regular meetings, the deployment of the required measures in the organization and recording
- Support and guide the multidisciplinary project team to proactively identify, evaluate and mitigate the technical risks in products and processes by taking corrective measures as necessary
- Coaching the FMEA team in method usage and tools, creation of evaluations and reports, support in assessment and presentation of results.
- Cooperation in System- and Design-FMEA and offer inputs to Process-FMEA
- Accompanying quality assurance of internationally distributed projects
- Performing the internal trainings of Q-Methods: P-FMEA and Lessons Learned
- Active involvement to the other quality assurance activities in the organization 

Qualifications

- University Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Metallurgical or Industrial Engineering)
- Very good command of English and/or German
- Min. 3 years of overall experiences in Quality Management System, product and process quality assurance, FMEA Method and the corresponding FMEA software (e.g. APIS IQ-RM)
- Having good knowledge and experience in Q-Methods and procedures such as Statistical analysis, measurement, machine and process capability, measurement techniques knowledge such as CMM, form, contour and surface roughness measurement according to international standards
- Having knowledge in machining (such as turning, milling, grinding etc.) and assembly process is an asset.
- Having desire to take new challenging responsibilities and to perform outstanding jobs
- Ability to work independently and as well as in a team
- Having enthusiasm in understanding of technical contents
- Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration, good communication and moderation skills both in internal and external business environment
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
