The Role: Manager, HRIS

 

The role manages and oversees HRIS for all of OPS, including United States, Mexico and Canada. This role is responsible for selecting and maintaining all HRIS systems and ensuring that all data is collected and stored accurately.  This role leads the company's efforts to provide data and analytics to the entire organization.  This role coordinates and works closely with the entire HR department, the IT deparment, Legal and business leaders to ensure that all needs are met.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 

• Develops, implements, and maintains HRIS system(s) to meet an organization's needs and objectives and modifys these based on changing business requirements.
• Researches, evaluates, tests and selects the necessary hardware and software needed to achieve the goals of the organization
• Ensures the integrity of internal database files, tables and reports.
• Completes routine data entry, report generation, and audit activities to ensure the accuracy of employee data in HRIS systems.
• Assists with delivering core HR processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and program implementations, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.
• Administers HR systems used for timekeeping and payroll management
• Responsible for data feeds to internal and external systems and vendors. Including all benefits vendors
• Performs other duties and/ or responsibilities as assigned.

 

What We're Looking For

 

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelors degree in IT or Business
• 5+ years of progress HRIS management experience
• Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Employee Data Management
• HR Metrics & Analytics
