<h3>Description</h3><p>This job description is for a position at Asset Impact, an impact-driven climate-data company that has been part of GRESB since 2022.</p><p>We are seeking a Mid/Senior Product Manager to help manage and further develop our unique asset-based data products, from engaging with clients to overseeing the technical implementation and releases.</p><p> </p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>The person will work closely with the Chief Product Officer, as well as liaise with Asset Impact’s functional teams, including Technology &amp; Data, Business Development, Product, Delivery &amp; Support, and Marketing &amp; Communications.</p><p>We are looking for an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic working environment, can quickly adapt to new requirements, is a creative problem solver, and is an excellent communicator:  </p><p> - Contribute to the development, maintenance and execution of Asset Impact’s product roadmap</p><p> - Define business and functional specifications for implementation by Technology &amp; Data teams.</p><p> - Collect and analyse market requirements via direct engagement with clients and market participants.</p><p> -  Provide strategic and tactical input to the design and development of new products and services that align with Asset Impact’s strategy, working with innovation teams to develop Asset Impact’s early-stage pipeline of products.</p><p> - Manage projects through the full product life cycle, including working with data scientists, software engineers and subject matter experts, using appropriate tools and techniques at each stage.</p><p> -  Prioritise and take ownership of product development upgrades including engaging with clients during the sale process to present products and features and address their questions.</p><p>-  Work with engineers and quality assurance teams to provide product insights and implement new features.</p><p>-  Collaborate with internal teams to build robust and efficient operational processes that improve and ensure product quality.</p><p> </p><h3>Location and conditions</h3><p>- Full-time</p><p>- Berlin </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>- Right to work in Germany</p><p></p><h3><strong>Required skill</strong></h3><p>- Working knowledge of sustainable finance, climate finance, corporate sustainability or related areas, acquired through an experience within a financial institution, a data/solution provider or a consultancy.</p><p>- Proven experience working in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks, while demonstrating flexibility in adapting methodologies to best fit the team and business needs.</p><p>- 3-6 years experience in product management or adjacent roles working with multidisciplinary teams to develop data products and services.</p><p>- Degree in a relevant field in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or sustainability.</p><p> - Attention to detail, analytical thinking, solving complex problems, and working well under pressure are essential.</p><p> - Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders regularly.  </p><p>- English as a working language.</p><p></p><h3>Preferred skills</h3><p> - Understanding of major European financial organisations and familiarity with climate initiatives and tools (e.g., PCAF, TCFD, SFDR, SBTi, Net-Zero Alliances).</p><p> - Strong understanding of climate change and sustainability issues as they apply to the financial sector.</p><p> - Experience effectively translating technical concepts into client-facing presentations and documentation.</p><p> - Proficiency in working with data in Excel, R, SQL, or Python.  Experience designing and shaping web UI/UX</p><p> - Experience with product management tools like ClickUp, Figma, Miro, etc.</p><p>  - Fluency in European languages other than English (French, Spanish, German).<a href="https://asset-impact.gresb.com/" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank"></a></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3>Why join us?</h3><p> - A dynamic international team of data scientists, analysts, sustainable finance specialists, and developers passionate about the climate transition.</p><p> - A rapidly growing organisation with many opportunities to get hands-on experience, make your voice heard, and help shape our future.</p><p>- A mission that brings together data and impact.</p><p>- A competitive salary, generous personal development budget, and home office set-up.  Subsidised public transportation and lunch vouchers.</p><p>- Flexibility in terms of working hours and location.  Offices in Berlin, Paris, and Amsterdam.</p><p>- Asset Impact is proud to be an equal-opportunity workspace.</p><p> </p><h3>About us</h3><p><u>Asset Impact</u> is an impact-driven climate start-up.
