The Digital Enabling Technologies team at Arthrex is growing and we are actively searching for a Patient Matched Solutions, Manager. This position will be based at our campus in Naples, FL. Main Objective
Plans, organizes, and controls the patient-matched product lines and process from planning through to lab execution (in-house or offsite) with digital transfer solutions, including support of plan approvals and production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support planning process (on-line) for patient-matched anatomies, and communicate process flow and availability for on-site labs
- Monitors forecast capacity level variations and performs corrective actions, including in-sourcing and out-sourcing capacity and resources.
- Works closely with VIP SW dev team to ensure alignment of new developments and manages testing and integration of new releases
- Lab scheduling, submitting GEMS requests and confirming attendees (MedEd, PMs, Lab Services, etc), as well as confirming procurement (e.g. tool sets, cadavers, etc.)
- Support and Coordinate the entire Manual Planning Process for all DET planning systems
- Support and Coordinate product and process integration including, where required, WI, deployment through to Audits
- Customer-facing online technical support for planning, logistics and OR live support
- Help Support Data Collection for studies and for future AI requirements.
- Work closely with AI COE to define, prioritize and support automation
- Plans organizes, and coordinates assigned programs to ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals and optimum allocation of resources, and operational efficiency for production. Coordinates with Development to improve production efficiency.
- Provides technical expertise and training to other departments in support of product development.
- Acts as the primary interface with assigned customers and agents for all matters.
- Provide technical assistance with complex customer issues as well as consulting services to streamline customer internal management processes.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, engineering or clinical.
- Five or more years of relevant experience required.
- Orthopedic experience required.
- Understanding all functions involved in pre-operative planning and 3D model development, production, and marketing is required.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and arthroscopy.
- Skilled in working with different functions and effectively coordinating their activities to achieve desired results.
- Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customers' concerns or objections, in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to work with cadaveric specimens is required.
- Ability to negotiate with outside vendors and suppliers.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC spreadsheets, computer software. OrthoVIS/VIP software preferable
